Arrivals

We ask that guests arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late guests may have their session shortened in order to accommodate the following appointment. Guests are responsible for the full payment of their session, regardless of the actual length given. Out of respect for others, please plan accordingly and take commute time and parking into consideration.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

A 24 hour notice is required for all appointments made 2 days or more in advance. A minimum of 6 hours notice is required for appointments made 48 hours or less in advance. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations, as well as all no-shows will be held responsible for the full amount of the reserved session(s). Guests that fail to follow this policy may be declined any further ADVANCED APPOINTMENTS.
